- Washingtonia Palms (Washingtonia robusta) – Towering with fan-shaped leaves, they provide an iconic silhouette against the skyline.
- Jelly Palms (Butia capitata) – Known for their feathery, blue-green fronds and edible, sweet fruit that attract birds and wildlife.
Lakes and Water Features
Our lakes are thoughtfully maintained with the help of grass carp, which play an essential role in controlling aquatic vegetation and maintaining the bio-environmental balance of the water ecosystem. This sustainable approach ensures that our lakes remain healthy and vibrant all year round.
-
Fountain System – Our fountains operate on a timed system and run for approximately 10 minutes every two hours, rotating throughout the lakes. This creates a dynamic and visually appealing water feature while also helping to aerate the water and maintain its quality.
-
Stormwater Management – We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of our estate. Only water is to go into our stormwater system, as these feed directly into the lakes. This measure is essential to maintaining the health of our aquatic ecosystem and ensuring a clean, thriving habitat for local wildlife.
Commitment to Environmental Harmony
We are dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings while providing a peaceful and harmonious environment for our residents and the local wildlife. Our sustainable practices and thoughtful landscaping create a serene and vibrant community where nature and modern living coexist in perfect balance.
